I’m a multi-passionate creative entrepreneur. What does that even mean? It means I’m not just one thing. None of us are.
I’m an author, Executive and Career Coach, actor, singer, composer, lyricist, playwright, and mom.
I founded AH Coaching Group, LLC, to work with rock-star leaders to embrace their extra, develop their leadership muscle, crush their creative and professional goals, and turn their dreams into reality. I believe, when people are their most authentic selves, they are the most successful in leadership and in life.
I have been an Associate Certified Coach since 2018, accredited through the International Coaching Federation, and trained through IPEC. I’m certified in Energy Leadership, Myers-Briggs, and Emotional Intelligence.
I have a BFA in Musical Theater/English from Syracuse University and am a proud member of the Actors Equity Association and ASCAP.
My debut novel which originated as a Musical, Ballad of Dreams, was published in January 2022, thanks to https://newdegreepress.com/, and was an Amazon #1 New Release and Best Seller in Musicals! It can also be found at Barnes and Noble, Indigo, and The Drama Book Shop in New York City.
Fun facts: I love my Peloton, Unicorns, and all things Musical Theater. On the weekends you can find me singing at church and proudly cheering on the sidelines at my two son’s soccer games.

With extensive coaching experience with C-Suite Leaders, Vice Presidents, Directors, and high-potential emerging leaders, she also serves as a Core Guide at CHIEF where she facilitates group coaching cohorts of Executive Women.
Prior to launching AH Coaching Group, Allyson spent 20 years in HR. What she loved most was leading, designing, and facilitating leadership development programs across industries. As a multi-passionate creative, she also had a dual career as a professional actress, singer, composer, and published author.

Why did Allyson become a coach? After going through a Leadership Development program through Women Unlimited she was challenged to find a way to combine her passion with her work. She didn’t think Theater and HR could possibly go together until she embraced what was possible. Coaching corporate business folks on their speaking voices led her to enroll in a year-long coach training program with IPEC, one of the top ICF accredited programs in the US in 2015 and never looked back. Allyson holds Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials through the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and truly loves what she does. Composer/Lyricist/Playwright

Allyson composed both the music and lyrics for over twenty original songs for the Musical first named “Mother of the Century” and retitled, Ballad of Dreams. The novel form embeds the lyrics to the songs into the chapters. Two readings of the musical were done in New York in 2019 and 2020. The soundtrack of Ballad of Dreams is scheduled to be produced in 2022.
Actor/Singer
Her debut EP, Soul Stories, can be found on iTunes, Spotify, and YouTube. She has performed at the acclaimed Apollo theater with Tony award-winning Director George Faison and toured with the Gospel musical “If This Hat Could Talk” in the role of Miss Tilly and understudied for the principal role of Eleanore Roosevelt. She’s performed several solo Cabaret shows at The Duplex and Danny’s Skylight Room in NYC.
Her voice has been compared to the likes of Alicia Keys, Adele, Lauren Daigle, Jesse Mueller, and Carolee Carmello. Proud member of Actors Equity Association.

Allyson wrote Ballad of Dreams, to explore who her grandmother was and what she wanted before she became a mother and, in the process, found the same answers for herself. She wants to inspire people that it’s never too late to pursue your dreams or accomplish one you never thought you would and that none of us have to be just one thing.
